Anand is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with over 27 years experience in the Information Technology industry, in both private and public sectors, which include:
Private sector industries include transport, telecommunications, manufacturing, wholesaling, retailing, banking & finance, distribution & warehousing, tourism and large local as well as international computer vendors. Public sector industries include health and local government, with over six years experience in the latter, providing consultancy and project management services. Anand has a proven track record of managing several medium to large, complex, multi-million dollar projects, both locally and internationally. He has also worked for several international companies in management positions, including an international consultancy company and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Geneva, Switzerland where he managed two global projects. They included enterprise wide PeopleSoft and EDMS applications, including piloting with satellite and wireless telecommunications technologies in preparation for implementing them around the world. Prior to entering the IT industry, Anand worked as Senior Internal Auditor for an international bank and a large international corporation. “PMP” and the PMP logo are certification marks of the Project Management Institute which are registered in the United States and other nations. |
