Stephen is a Certified PRINCE2® Practitioner with 15 years of Software Development and Consulting experience. Significant engagements have been undertaken in both the Public and Private sector, with experience in both bespoke development and corporate system deployment. His career has encompassed:

• 10 years as principal of his own development & consultancy service, SP Software.
• Two years as an on-site Oracle support resource in the Public Health sector.
• Two years in testing and support roles providing bespoke development services.

Stephen has successfully delivered industry specific applications and enhancements, engaging with both in house staff and overseas based software vendors. Key projects include:

• Technical lead in the delivery of integration capability between Fonterra's manufacturing information system and a bespoke nutritional recipe application.
• Identification and remediation of serious functional deficiencies in a specialised formulation system for Fonterra, and subsequent reimplementation and deployment to additional sites.
• Implementation of enhancements to bespoke Parking Infringement and ERP interfaces for Hamilton City Council.
• Senior resource in implementation of Interface modules as part of the Oracle Manufacturing suite implementation for New Zealand Dairy Group (subsequently Fonterra).
• Project Management for the delivery of standard Needs Assessment software for community based assessment agencies in the Waikato and Auckland for the Ministry of Health.
• Implementation of Document Management Server for District Health Boards New Zealand.
• Deployment reporting system for the NZ Police, Bay of Plenty District.
